Laurie McKee

Laurie joined the LakeRidge staff in 2004 as a kindergarten teacher, and became the Director of Preschool and Kindergarten in June 2009. Before coming to LakeRidge, she served as a kindergarten teacher for the Lubbock ISD for 17 years. Laurie has a passion for working with young children and loves the verse found in 1 Timothy 4:12, "Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith, and in purity." Her goal for LakeRidge Preschool and Kindergarten is to glorify God in everything we do as we teach our precious children. Laurie and her husband Todd both graduated from Texas Tech, and they have two sons, Matt and Connor. Matt is currently attending Texas Tech and Connor attends Coronado High School.
